: FOCUS system has been expanded and improved to serve
SHI's clients usually ship owners and classification societies
by facilitating better communication between clients
and SHI as a collaborative customer support platform
that includes a variety of services like quality
management, guarantee claim maintenance,
and office & resident support service.

: Project Building Information & Quality service.
Customers can easily get their project building progress information
and quality services according to each major parts such as
design, material, production, inspection/test, and NCR
on real time basis. It makes easy to find their project
status and efficient to communicate with SHI for
management of inspection/test, NCR, and punch

: Office and Residence Support
Samsung FOCUS system provides the sesrvices
of GSA such as Government & Shipyard Permit
and Office & Apartment Maintenance. You are able
to request the services and get the real-time information
such as due date, stage, person in charge,contact number
of the services you requested. You are also able to use Q & A section
for each service you requested and SHI will provide feed-back for your
question and voice promptly.

: Guarantee Claim Maintenance
Customers are not only able to check the latest
status of the claims which they have issued, but also
leave a comment for each claim. In addition, they can
simply register ship's itinerary to ask spare parts, service
engineers and so on.
